At Al-Safa Tower Ltd, I lead the effort to bring a DoubleTree by Hilton to Dhaka, from ZamZam Tower in Uttara. The mandate is straightforward: get a globally-branded hotel operating on the ground, on schedule, done properly.
The work sits inside a family business group built over generations, spanning real estate, hospitality, technology, fintech, and education. My footing in business comes from a management degree and years of watching how serious companies are actually run, not the textbook version.
A mixed-use development in Uttara, Dhaka.
Anchored by the first DoubleTree by Hilton in Dhaka (Letter of Understanding signed), built alongside a retail mall of roughly 500 shops, a kitchen market, and convention facilities. Financing is being structured to be Sukuk-compliant.
